Below I have listed some of the takeaways from the episode but I would love to hear what yours were as well! Head to social and let me know!

  • “Failures are hurdles of success! You need to have the tough times or you can’t grow.”

  • It’s going to take time and you’ll have to be patient. Commit to it.

  • Check out the apps that can help you see your money and how it is working.

  • Keep close track of all you incoming and outgoing money for at least 3 months to really see your habits.

  • Identify your debt and all the minimum payments needed.

  • Write a list of what is most important to you several times a year.

Here is a little more background in his own words:

I am an impactmaker.

I love being part of people's mission journey because many have been essential parts to mine.

A challenging experience with critical illness during 9/11 made my young adulthood extremely unique.  I went from feeling on top of the world to wondering if I was long for the world in a just a few short days.

Years later, I realized I had a greater purpose.  My professional career started fast but purpose eventually faded and I found myself questioning my existence.

Earlier this year, my business partner and I took a huge risk and left our former company to start Initiate Impact.  We are a virtual family office style wealth management firm with a focus on helping families use their resources for positive impact in the world.

The past 10 months have been the most creative time in my life.  I started a business, wrote a book, and created an entrepreneur's community.  There's no time better than now.
